Change of mind

We appreciate we all can have a change of mind from time to time. Our aim is for our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase.

Due to the unique nature of the crystals we sell, many sales are final.

However, if there are any questions around your purchase, please get in contact with us at crystalsbysisters@gmail.com or send a message through from our facebook page and we will work on a resolution as soon as possible.

 

Item arrived damaged or something is missing

A lot of effort is made to ensure all goods we send are packaged appropriately to avoid damages, so we try to do all possible to ensure they do not arrive damaged.

Unfortunately things during postage are beyond our control and mistakes are possible. If this does happen, we apologise and ask you to contact us at crystalsbysisters@gmail.com and we will work on a resolution as soon as possible.

 

Why does my crystal look like that? Does that mean it's broken?

The majority of the crystal products that we sell are natural. These are amazing creations of the earth and universe. It is because of this they may not appear flawless or "perfect", however you might say they are perfectly imperfect. It is what makes each item unique. Crystals can have unique marking, lines or cracks inside them and these all add to their unique beauty and appeal. They also can be found in many shades, grades etc.

Our intention is to inform you of these things prior to purchase, and try to capture their uniqueness with the images we supply. We will always intent to advise that a product is man made (or has had intervention such as an aura coating applied) as opposed to natural.
