PISTACHIO CALCITE

A more recent variety of calcite from Pakistan that crystallises as masses is called pistachio calcite. The colour of this crystal is a blue-green with white undertones and striations all over it. Due of the banding and distinctive colour, it is incredibly popular and frequently found cut and polished into a number of different shapes.
